A quintessential mid century home nested on the top of the hillside overlooking the bay, this house had fallen into a bad state when the clients found it. It took an uncanny ability to see past the disrepair and envision how the home could be restored and improved. Luckily, this home found such an owner who was willing to love it back to life. While retaining the existing shell and some room locations (and the gorgeous original pecan flooring) everything else was redone. It strikes a nice midcentury modern feel with clean lines and enough open-ness to showcase the client's eclectic and well curated decor and furnishings.
