modern bungalow This teeny kitchen, nestled into a 1920's bungalow was not without old school charm but lacked storage and function for a young, busy family. In order to gain space for extra storage and and food prep for active cooks, we needed to utilize the existing dining space. The dining room was able to shift into an existing adjacent tv room. By removing the wall separating the tv room and kitchen, we brought in more light and connection. This also created a better work flow and allowed us to add useful appliances. Hello dishwasher! The clients were able to add their personality to the home with cheerful finishes including: painted uppers with walnut lowers, white quartz countertops, large format subway tile, marmoleum flooring, and fun light fixtures. before...after...Comments are closed.
